These are photos I took during the National Day of Action in Boston 2007. I added in some audio that I had recorded during the march and rally. It was the first rally that I had attended as an observer. I went to just take pictures and I had my audio recorder on me so I decided to record some of it as well as put this together. The commentary at the end does not necessarly reflect my position but rather the sentiment of those gathered.
What is YOUR Passion?
I put together this video for the Decmocracy Is Video Challenge 2009 but it was a project I have been meaning to do for a while. I've always loved asking people questions that I did not know the answer to myself. Asking people what their passion is made me realize there are many people who haven't bothered to figure it out for themselves. Through this project I realized one of my passions is connecting with others.
The video was taken for The Tech and I was hoping to generate more interest for multimedia content. The video quality isn't so great because of the poor lighting in the room we were in for the interview. It was still pretty awesome talking to someone who had been up in space.
